Friendly staff made check-in easy.

I was deceived about reservation changes! I left feeling frustrated and that my concerns were completely ignored.

While the front desk staff was friendly and my room was clean enough, issues like a lack of fresh towels and dirty hallways were frustrating. The breakfast had mixed results, but overall, this place felt like it needs some serious upkeep to improve guest satisfaction.

My family and I enjoyed our stay, especially the spacious rooms that comfortably fit all of us. We had a great time visiting the nearby San Antonio Zoo, which was a hit with the kids. The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout our visit.

In my wife’s opinion, the hotel could offer better family activities for entertainment during downtime.

The King Room was pretty comfy. The AC was super cold, which was a lifesaver in that heat. The kitchenette was handy, and I loved that the shower had a blow dryer. Felt mostly clean and neat during my 2-night stay. Location was great—Walmart right next door. Happy with it overall!
